Hi Hitesh,
As per the lastest updates for NEET, all the candidates are allowed to fill the application form of NEET. The final decision about the application form acceptance/rejections will be declared on 16th April 2018.

Its hard to predict about that, lets hope for the best. I think next year private students will not be allowed to give neet ug exam..
