Depends more on your interest. If you were to compare two, obviously MBA has more scope since it has a variety of fields and streams available so the competition gets divided uptil a good length. But MSW is a good field as well if you have interest, then surely you can get a good job.

MSW pass outs with specialization in the medical field can work in hospitals, nursing homes and rehabilitation centres.

Substance abuse is another area where social workers are high in demand.

Now it's upto you, which one you want to choose..
