There are many, but the most competitive, alternatives for MBBS college in India for applicants in the open or general category. Seats are offered through the All India Quota and State Quotas, although admission is mostly determined by the NEET UG exam.

Through State Quota:
Candidates who reside in that state are eligible for the remaining 85% of seats at State Government medical College. Every states has own state of government colleges.
