There are two other Medical entrance exams in India through which you can get admission in MBBS course-

AIIMS: All India Institute of Medical Sciences

JIPMER: Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Research
These both entrance exams are conducted by their respective authorities, that too once in a year.
To qualify in these entrance exams with maximum marks in order to secure your seat, one requires high preparation.
So, MBBS without NEET is possible if you appear and get a seat in AIIMS or JIPMER college.

But by appearing in NEET exam, you will have maximum chances of getting admission in any of the government colleges (if your score is 500+) or private ones if you qualify and pass the entrance..

Also there is an option to study MBBS outside India i.e abroad. But later you won't get opportunity for practice in India.

IF YOU WANT TO PERSUE MBBS DEGREE IN INDIA THEN NEET,AIIMS AND JIPMER IS THE ONLY WAY.

BUT IF YOU ARE FINANCIALLY WELL AND YOUR FAMILY ARE READY TO SPENT AT LEAST 20,00,000 THEN ABROAD IS AN OPTION FOR YOU WITHOUT NEET (THIS YEAR).

NEXT YEAR RULE MAY CHANGE.

MBBS without NEET UG Entrance Examination is possible via two ways - 

AIIMS UG Entrance Examination to pursue MBBS in All India Institute Of Medical Sciences (AIIMS). There are a total of 9 AIIMS Colleges 6 new AIIMS have been added for the year 2019, hence, there will be 15 AIIMS Colleges in 2019.

JIPMER UG Entrance Examination to pursue MBBS in JIPMER. There are a total of 2 JIPMER Colleges.
