Nagaon Gopinath Dev Goswami Commerce College is the just fullfledged foundation of advanced education in business, in the whole focal Asom district. The school was begun the 24th of September, 1984 in the premises of Sankardev Natya Chora under the name of Nagaon Commerce College. It was renamed as Nagaon GNDG Commerce College. after the name of Late Gopinath Dev Goswami, a famous child of Nagaon and was moved to its current site at Panigaon, Nagaon in 1991. The school owes its reality to the spearheading and resolute work of its author President Late Ratnakanta Bora, Rtd. I.A.S. what's more, the author head Sjt Kamal Chandra Goswami and the liberal gifts of the group of Late Gopinath Dev Goswami.
