Yes you will require your domicile, for the counselling procedure. 

  • Class 10th Mark Sheet & Passing Certificate.
  • Class 12th Mark Sheet & Passing Certificate.
  • Category Certificate.
  • Sub-Category Certificate.
  • UPSEE 2019 Admit Card.
  • UPSEE 2019 Rank Card.
  • Domicile Certificate.

You need all of the above things, to stand in chance of getting a seat. Hope this is clear. All the best.
