For which purpose you need medical certificate , and compulsory of the medical certificate depends on the college and medical certificate can be from any registered doctor or hospital.Thank you

Yes medical fitness is compulsory to get into a medical college as of now. Basic tests are done to determine the fitness. Hope gthi helps

Fitness certificate are able from any Docter
Few colleges gets their own fitness tests done at their own hospital.
So what I is not compulsory as .you say
Getting a fitness certificate is compulsory either from the college you are joining or from outside if permitted.
