Hello Sunil,
Yes, you can give NEET 2020 exam if you are cleared with your compartment. But keep in mind you must have scored not less than 50% in 12th Board if you are of Unreserved Category (UR). And not less than 40% in your Board Examinations if you belong to any SC/ST category.
These are the uphold limit for elligibility otherwise your application will be rejected.
