MIT Muzaffarpur is the one of the best engineering institute under government of Bihar iska matlab yahan ka cutoff kaafi high hota hai. I can only give you an idea. Agar aapka rank 900 ke andar hai toh chances hai aapko leather technology milegi. CS  jaise branches ke liye ke andr rank laana zaroori hai. However for Economically BC the cutoff rank for electrical engineering was around 2300 last year and for IT was 3304 last year and for mechanical it was 2313 approx last  year.
