To answer you question, NO, there is no college in Delhi that offers Class 11th with any stream. In Delhi majority of the schools are affiliated to CBSE or ICSE and in both of the boards, Class 11th and 12th are part of schools only. However, there are some schools in Delhi which offer hostel facilities. You can search for them.
