If you have already been allotted a college and done with the admission procedure then you'd be allotted a hostel room shortly before the academic session begins, provided you have completed the application procedure and paid  fees for the same. In case you haven't received a confirmation from your college, contact the concerned authority and they'll help you resolve this issue.
