Mera jee main me 87.21 percentile hai...Aur obc rank 43916 hai. Mujhe computer science lena hai,kya hme NIT ya IIIT mil skta hai???

With this rank it will be very difficult for you to get admission in any NIT or IIIT. Getting admission there in Computer Science will be even more difficult. However, if you are soleley focused on Computer Science alone then I recommend you to take admission in any state run government and privare universities where you can have a chance of getting admission.
