Your rank is based on your percentile score and your percentile based on your marks depends on various other factors and most importantly the difficulty level of your exam . According to the marks mentioned by you your percentile score will lie somewhere around 80 percentile . At this percentile the chances to get a government seat is nearly negligible .

Hope you are doing great. According to the rank predictor, your probable percentile is 73.287 - 80.982 and rank is 246089 - 175204 . In that case you will not get any NIT for CSE. However, you can look for State Govt. Colleges if they accept JEE Mains rank.
