Hello

With a NEET score of 112 and an All India Rank of over 13 lakh, plus a General-EWS category rank of around 1,10,000, getting admission into BAMS or BHMS this year will be quite tough. These courses usually have much higher cutoff ranks, especially for government colleges. However, you might have a chance in some private colleges or deemed universities where the cutoff is lower. It’s a good idea to look at the private college options and their counseling processes.

I also want to take admission in a private college. I am a public person and I will not be able to get admission in a government college.

Hello!

According to your score and rank getting admission in BAMS or BHMS this year is not possible.Government colleges usually have much higher cutoffs above 300 marks. Private colleges may have slightly lower cutoffs but even then a score of 112 is very low for this year admission. You could explore less popular private AYUSH colleges or management quota seat but options will be limited.

You can try again next year with better preparation as this year it is not possible for you to get admission.

Your NEET 2025 score is 112 with an AIR ~13.24 lakh and EWS rank ~1.1 lakh.

  • Government BAMS/BHMS: Cut-offs for government seats are usually 350–420+, even for reserved categories. With 112, admission in government colleges is not possible.

  • Private BAMS/BHMS: Many private colleges (especially in UP, MP, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Karnataka) accept low scores through management quota or in later rounds.

  • EWS quota: Cut-off is still high, so no major benefit here at your score.

  • Government BAMS/BHMS → Not possible.

  • Private BAMS/BHMS → Possible through management quota/low cut-off colleges.

  • You need to follow both state counselling and direct college-level admission rounds.
