The basic criteria for B.tech is atleast 60% marks in aggregate. But many colleges want 45% marks according to the board u have passed ...
U must have .. physics , chemistry and mathematics in 10+2 examination..

Now dear, u can eligible for any college for Engineering, but many government college take entrace ..and many take their students only the basis of 12th result ..

1. U should have to wait for the cutoff marks, for colleges ..
   
2. And I must say ..from which state and which board u belong it's not clear in ur question that's why ...I can give u only this information..
