Sandeep, the students who qualify the JEE Main paper by clearing the cutoff for various categories and are in the top 2,50,000 candidates become eligible for appearing in JEE Advanced. Usually, only top 2,40,000 students qualify for the Jee Advanced taking into consideration the different categories and tie breaker rules, so in that case you don't have any realistic chance to qualify for JEE ADVANCED if your rank comes out to be close to 5,89,531.

However, you still have another attempt to go in the April Jee Mains and work hard for it as you must br knowing that only the best of two Jee Scores would be considered for the cutoffs.

Good luck for the April session.
