It is very difficult to get admission in NIT because your rank is very high. If your rank is under 10000
you take to admission in top NIT's  but your rank is not under this.The criteria to take admission in NIT is based on the cut off and cut off changes every year. Check the cut off list and you are cross the cutoff then fill the nit's first in counselling. But you give JEE exam then you are eligible for Jossa counselling. Through the josaa counselling you get to admission in NIT'S and josaa counselling is started from 6th October 2020. Do your josaa counselling and firstly fill those colleges in which you think to take admission.

Hello, you can get some good Nit like Nit Jamshedpur,Hamirpur,Jalandhar,Raipur ,Goa, Agartala,Silchar, Uttrakhand, with branches like civil, mechanical , biotechnology, production Engineering branch .And a good branch like EC , electrical engineering in Nit like Srinagar, other north Eastern Nit
But you have to wait till spot round of counseling.
Apply for Jossa counseling and then for Csab counseling which takes place after Jossa counseling. Refer to this link this will help you a lot for finding a good college based on your rank.
