Unfortunately repeating your class XIIth is the only way for you to get admission in the Armed Forces Medical College, Pune as the terms of AFMC are non negotiable as they receive an overwhelming number of application each year. Moreover, after getting 60% in your second attempt you now have to do exceptionally well in National Entrance cum Eligibility Test or NEET as the admission totally depends on NEET.
So, in general you have a long way to go, but it will be easy if you are determined and are crazy after AFMC and your medical seat! Hope I have answered your question. All the best!
