Yes u can but make sure to secure more then 60% in your improvement test

Yes you can obviously apply for counselling and also get admission in colleges..!

You just have to make a FA debit in which ...you have to ensure that if you will get passed in compartment your seat will be given to you...in case you will fail in compartment your seat will not be yours and college will cancel your admission
