Dear candidate........
Well, unless and until you have a continuous career without any vacancy of years, there may not be any discrepancy or problems at the time of placement. But your application may get rejected or may be questioned by the hiring companies if you have dropped some years of your career for any reason. But there is no definite age limit required for placement cells.
