It is changed every years. As per your question the minimum rank depend on candidate apply for jee mains

As per previous years cut off

B.Tech Information Technology

2019 - 54839Closing rank

So as per 2019 closing rank the jee score should be between 110 to 150 out of 300 .

The percentage maybe around 97.00368 to 98.01256
