Most of the PSU Companies age limit varies from 25 to 28 and somewhere 30 years.Minimum Age Limit for a job in PSUs is not specified. However, since you are supposed to be applying through GATE, you'd have passed engineering and would have completed age of minimum of 2021 years.

There is no minimum percentage required in 12th however keeping well abive 50%aggregate marks in 12th is recommended as safe option. Cutoff is solely on basis if GATE scores. Students also must keep atleast 50%aggregate marks in graduation on safe side to be eligible across all major PsUs .
