The expected cutoff marks for NEET 2020 to get admission in BAMS and BHMS -
For General Category: 350+ to 490+
For OBC Category: 330+ to 490+
For SC Category: 280+ to 350+
For ST Category: 220+ to 340+
So generally you need to score minimum 50 to 60 percentile for general category and for OBC/SC/ST you required minimum 40 percentile.

See there are number of institutions in India which offers BHMS and BAMS course and the various colleges have different cut-offs. Now if we go through previous year's cut-off trends for BHMS and BAMS then if a candidate belonging to General category then he/she should score around 500-550 marks for top government colleges and if belongs to any reservation category then 480-500 will take him/her to some well known government college for BHMS and BAMS.
Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
