Hello,
The minimum cut off marks required to qualify in NEET in 2019 were as follows category wise
  • General: 134-701
  • SC/ST/OBC: 107-133
  • General PwD: 120-133
  • SC/ST/OBC PWD: 107-119

In 2020 cut off may increase or decrease depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty of exam, highest score, number of seats available etc.You need to score the minimum cut off marks to be eligible to get admission in a medical College. Now, the cut for AIQ will be different for each category and college.General category candidates need to score 620 or above to get colleges like Maulana Azad Medical college, BJ Medical college etc.If you belong to SC/ST category you need to score 480 or above and if you belong to OBC category you need to score 520 or above.

Under All India Quota, All the 15% of All India Quota Seats except for Jammu and Kashmir, 100% Seats at Deemed and Central Universities, IP Quota seats in ESIC Colleges, Seats at AFMC are filled by DGHS.  You haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, to be eligible in NEET, you should have scored 50 percentile of the top NEET score if you belong to General Category and it is 40 percetile of the top score if you belong to OBC,SC,ST. Now this is the minimum marks but they wont get you a seat. So if you belong to General Category, you will need atleast 575 and more. And if you belong to Reserved Categories, you will need 500 and above. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
