The Indian Armed Forces are the military forces of the Republic of India. It consists of three professional uniformed services: the Indian Army, Indian Navy, and Indian Air Force.



Recruitment of Commissioned Officers in the Armed Forces is mainly through NDA  conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).



Eligibility to apply:



Applying for Indian Army must have passed class 12/HSC in 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University.



Age Limits:



Minimum Age: 16.5 years



Maximum Age: 19.5 years
