Actually the public will tell like that most of time news will be fake so don't worry about negative feeling regarding the RTU University never do like that , one thing the scheme of evaluation will be little bit tough in the same way if you work hard and give your exam then no issue you will get good marks and also good knowledge please think in this way

Sir but I met with some students they are really very disappointed because they still have backlogs...... Sorry I am afraid from this because if I will got back then what will I do.....
