It's always preferable to use the same contact details which you filled at the time of registration to skip the hassle later on. If you change the contact details now, you may get confused ahead if the state authorities send you confirmatory messages. It's always better to keep uniformity of your information while filling the college details. You can change the contact details but I will personally suggest you to use the same contact details.
