Hello candidate,
In India masters in science subjects like physics, chemistry, biology, and biotechnology are known as MSc, where as in othe countries like USA masters in engineering subjects is known as MS. So you can choose between these based on your future plans. If you want to settle in foreign countries you can choose MS while if you want to persue your career in India then choose MSc.

But in India also some institute like IISER and some IIT gives degree MS (5 Years Int. course)

If you want to do research then choose IISER because they will give you project form 2nd and 3rd year this will improve your CV, faculties there are also very excellent and can give recommendations which will propel you for a long way.also iiser give you government funding and you get to work with scientists from all over world.

Both MS and MSc are post graduate degrees as Masters in Science.
In India, a Masters in Science subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology are known as MSc whereas in countries like USA a Masters in Engineering subjects is usually known as MS.
MS has more value as compare to MSc in respect to carrier scope. MS is a professional course than the MSc course. It is perceived to be a better program when compared to the MSc program in India.
