A Graduation in B-pharmacy
Specialisation in subjects like, microbiology, clinical, physiology

As you said you have done with MSC BIO-TECH.
YOU are eligible for this.

Once you have done graduation you need to attempt UPSC exam to be eligible for this.

Let me clear your doubt. 

Only those Aspirants, who have got degree in microbiology from Recognized University or pharmacy of pharmaceutical science or medicine with specialization in clinical Pharmacology can apply for drug inspector. 

As you have done msc in bio tech you are eligible for this. 

But there are age limit also a candidate should have minimum age of  18 years and not maximum of 36 years to  apply for these posts.

Also you have to qualify exam which is Objective Type Exam containing:

General Studies & Mental Ability - 150 qs - 150 marks - 150 minutes

Subject (One paper) - 150 qs - 300 marks - 150 minutes

Thus its a total of 450 marks paper.
