If you want to do engineering for your graduation course, you can surely opt for btech in any of private institutes but then you won't be able to focus on UPSC for 4 years as btech is also equally important.If you want to solely focus on your UPSC examinations then you should go for some gradaution course in humanities. This will help you to focus on both the things side by side, otherwise you can surely go for btech as it will provide you future job opportunities.
