Yes you can take admission in the college that you would get through jee mains if you wish so. But the counselling of josaa would be conducted too late, so till that time you have to hold your seat at the college you got through mht cet. Then once you are allotted a college through jee mains you can withdraw your admission from the previous college by contacting the authorities and completing the necessary formal procedures.

Yes, you can do that. But do remember that you might not get any refund from the college in which you have taken admission.You can withdraw admission from the college you will get through Mhtcet and then you can take admission if you get a more better college through JEE mains.
