If you are preparing for JEE Mains 2020 or 2021, we will recommend that you go through the JEE Main syllabus and plan all subjects.

It depends on your preparation level. I suggest you to not to do any new topics in last week, instead lay more stress on revising and solving more and more question papers.
However, there are some topis that you may consider to be done if you don;t have good preparation. Preparing these will assure atleast passing marks. The topics include:
