if you want to apply in bank clerical or probationary officer post you there is no mention for 10th and 12th marks, only you need to have graduation degree in any discipline. how ever for railways marks varies according to post and caste. but you can apply in government job, as many of the cases no marks criteria mention. but you need to score really well, cause when two or more people get same marks, that time education qualification marks  plays vital role.
