In order to do UG engineering in IIT after class 12, you have to give JEE Main and need to secure good rank to be shortlisted for JEE advanced. Then based on your rank in JEE Advanced counselling procedure will be conducted and the eligible candidates will get admission in IIT of their choice. For JEE Main 2021, the candidates should have passed class 12 or qualifying the exam in 2019 or 2020 then only the candidate will be eligible and any candidate can participate in the JEE Main for 3 consecutive years. This year JEE Main will be conducted 4 times, in the month of February, March, April and May and you can appear for all of the sessions. The best marks in all of the sessions of a candidate will be considered for evaluation. The February session registration process have ended. But, you can fill the application for the remaining sessions once the application portal reopens.
