No, you cant appear in any pf the medical exam because you don't have as biology as a subject in +2 and its compulsory to have biology as a subject.
Qualifying Exam:
10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subject in both Classes 11 and 12 from a recognized board.
Qualifying Marks
UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45% (minimum aggregate marks only for PCB subjects(

No,You are not eligible for medical exams.To appear in exams like neet,aiims you must have biology in your 12th class as your core subject.You can give the exam of biology separately the next year of your board exam.
