My 12th marks is 59% and I got 20000 Rank in sc in jee mains. Suggest me best b.tech colleges for good placement and package.

Hii Vishal.
Your boards percentage is less and it is not satisfying the minimum criteria of 65% for the SC category students.
So you are not eligible to get admission to any NIT or IIIT or GFTI or IIT.
You can apply for state government colleges through State entrance exams and also using JEE score.
You can also apply for private Colleges such as VIT SRM BITS thapar, Sastra, etc.

You can also prefer to take a year drop for the preparations to score good next year.
