My 2019 common merit rank is 5210 and category( sc) rank is 385 can i get nift new Delhi for fashion designing bdes and how ?

Asper your SC rank you might have a lot of difficulty in securing a seat in fashion designing in New Delhi but you may get a seat in Mumbai , Kolkata and Bangalore in fashiondesigning.
