Yes!

According to 2018 admissions, cut off for B. Des Fashion Designing was rank 776 for SC category.

Since your rank is 385, the chances of you getting a seat in Delhi campus for the course is high!

Asper your SC rank you might have a lot of difficulty in securing a seat in fashion designing in New Delhi but you may get a seat in Mumbai , Kolkata and Bangalore in fashiondesigning.
