I think it will be difficult for you to get ECE in Amrita Vidya Vishwapeetham going by the previous year cutoff trends, but you can get a seat in EEE branch as closing rank is pretty high for EEE branch. I'll attach a link below and you can just get an idea about previous year cutoff trends for various branches of Amrita University.
