Hi,

On the basis of previous year trends,it would be difficult to obtain a seat in thCSE branch with your rank without state quota.

If you possess state quota,you would get it in later rounds.

However,with the addition of new CSE interdisplinary courses,you may get them in the later rounds of seat allocation.
