Congratulations on a good percentile in jee mains as well in Amrita Entrance examination. We basically predict the branch you will get in any college on the basis of previous year trends. Since this is the first year that Amrita is taking admission through JEE mains, so it is difficult for us to predict which branch you will get on the basis of JEE mains. On the basis of AEEE rank, you have a bleak chances of getting any branch in any of the campuses because for outside state candidate it closes around 8000 rank.
