Is NEW AIIMS good, with respect to facilities and education??

See going as per the Category Rank List released by AIIMS if you belong to OBC (NCL) then the minimum cut-off percentile required is 98.7410432 and the overall rank must be between 4312 and the category rank between 1240.

As you satisfy all of them above Yes there is certainly a chance of getting into AIIMS as you have cleared it.

AIIMS is a veey prestigious group of medical colleges in India. Result of AIIMS UG 2019 was declared on 12th June, 2019. With 2899 rank and 755 rank under OBC category in AIIMS UG 2019, you certainly have decent chances of getting admission in AIIMS.
