My aiq rank is 7176 and marks 552 ,is there any chance of getting government MBBS seat in GMC Patiala in state quota of Punjab?

Hey ,
Yes definitely you'll get admission in government college . You can take admission on both basis i.e state quota as well as all india quota . So be prepared for counseling round . As most likely you'll be selected in round 1 itself .
