If you belong to UR category then the chances are nil for any AIIMS at this AIR. However, for OBC you may get AIIMS Nagpur and AIIMS Guntur/Mangalagiri as in 2018, their cut off AIR was 2168 and 2212 respectively.

For SC and ST, the chances are very high in any AIIMS and again as per previous cut off ranks.

Note: As for 6 new AIIMS, there can be some hope for you and merit list changes every year only on that basis the admission is done.
