My AIR is 1,22,350 in JEE MAINS 2019. can I get ECE in THAPAR UNIVERSITY or CS/ECE in JAYPEE NOIDA?

No you wont be getting ECE easily at Thapar University with this score, but you'll be getting other branches at Thapar University, also you can get dual degree i.e. ECE+MBA at Thapar University with this score.
Coming back to JAYPEE NOIDA, you have a good chance of getting ECE at sector 128 but not at sector 62.
