With a rank of 19,722 in obc category, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the IHM's when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, the closing ranks for IHM's were around 15,000 for obc category. But,  you may try for any private institutes. Also,  one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
