See the state rank can not be assumed like this. State rank depends on the number of students qualified from a particular state and also the number of students who participate in the state seat counselling. 

This number can change every year depending on the number of students applying.

I just would wish that you forwould have registered online on the website by 13th May which was the last date. Now you need to fill the form and wait for the merit list to be released. In that merit list you can see your state rank.

Usually the counselling if state quota seats begin by the 1st week of July when the first allotment result can be expected.
