my all india quota rank is 27500.what is chance in all india quota(any where in india),state quota,private medical college in ker(gov seat)?

It'll ve difficult for you to get admission into any government college under 15% All India Quota Counselling. However you can get government medical colleges under state quota counselling.

but in kerala first 2000 rank should cover with in All india rank 20000

As a general category you have less chance for 15% quota Seats but you can have the chance for 85% quota seats in your state level Gov. Colleges.
