My all India rank in neet 2018 is 119271 and I hasn't applied to any collages till August.Is there any chance for me to get a govt MBBS seat

Dear Aspirant ,
Congratulations on securing a rank near one lakh twenty thousand .
But at this point of time it's of no use as all the state have started the procedure of counselling and some of them have even completed them ,y yo can try out in some Pvt Colleges
