my all india rank in NEET UG 2018 is 59296,my category (ST) is 378, what is my state rank and state category rank ,I belong to andhrapradesh

It's very unlikely to get a Govt college
But you can surely get a private college in AP. Infact you need to go through all rounds of state counselling.
Please fill application in your State website, wait for the ranks.
